Please note this toy is designed for gentle play only. Not suitable for unsupervised sleep. Please supervise your child during playtime. Plush toys are made for cuddles, not for chewing or sucking. For your little one’s safety, never allow baby to use this toy as a pacifier or teether.

Shipping is from our Studio in Osborne Park, Western Australia. 

BUSINESS DAYS ARE MON-FRI.  Deliveries are currently Mon - Fri only for perth metro courier delivery.  Order collection is Mon-Fri Fri 9.30am - 3:00pm - (Saturdays collection available 9.30am-10.30am by appointment only)

Order Processing Times

All other orders: allow 2-3 business days following receipt of order for collection or the item to be shipped. This timeframe is subject to change during peak periods.

Perth Metro courier delivery - 1-2 business days

PRIORITY/SKIP THE QUEUE - there is an option to add Priority to your order.  If the order is placed before 11am Mon-Fri, the item will be completed and dispatched that day.  (orders placed after 11am or on the weekend/public holiday will be dispatched the next business day) 

 

Flat Rate Express Shipping with Australia Post

All packages shipping across AUS are sent via Express Post with Australia Post with a flat rate fee of $11.99 so you receive your gifts quickly ♥. The tracking number for your package will be provided to you via email. 

Please note, express shipping does note mean rush order - the usual 2-3 day order production time for all personalised items applies prior to express shipping - which is about 2-3 days shipping time to most areas.  If you would like a rush order, please select the PRIORITY/SKIP THE QUEUE option on the cart page.

PERTH METRO DELIVERY

Perth Metro Deliveries are an in house courier service that provides courier delivery with standard processing times and also priority same-day delivery service (weekdays only) to the Perth metro area.  Same day service is available for orders that have selected the PRIORITY/SKIP THE QUEUE option on the cart page.

If the option for Courier Delivery doesn't appear as one of the options for you at checkout then it is not within the delivery zone - there is Aus Post shipping or instore collection options for you.

 

HOSPITAL DELIVERY

Please also note that once the gift has been delivered to the hospital reception, Bunny & Co. has no control over the internal processes at the hospital which governs how long the gift takes to reach your recipient so it may take a little while for it to make its way to their room.  Please ensure the recipient will be in hospital for the entire day of the expected delivery.  Re-delivery fees will apply if the patient has checked out when we make the delivery. Re-delivery can be made to their home address if it is in our delivery zone - if it is outside the zone you will need to arrange for collection from the Osborne Park studio or it can be shipped with Australia Post (fees apply).

Shipping Costs

Flat rate Express Shipping: $11.99 (Australia only)

Perth Metro Courier Delivery $16.99.  This includes about a 2 day order production time plus courier delivery Mon - Fri. (No deliveries on Sat, Sun or Public Holidays)

The re-delivery fee for Perth Metro and Hospital deliveries is $16.99 - please ensure the recipient will still be at the hospital for the full day that the gift is being delivered.

Pickup: Free collection available from Osborne Park. 

Overseas Shipping

We are currently only shipping to NZ.  We ship with Australia Post and shipping rates start from $12.99 AUD.  Overseas airmail includes tracking. Once posted they can take about 10 days to arrive

  • We are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates for gifts sent with Australia Post.
  • Incorrectly Addressed items returned to Bunny & Co. by Australia Post will incur a re-delivery fee to the correct address.

Reverse Side

As when any item is stitched or embroidered, the needle must always go through to the other side.  Therefore, the reverse side of the stitching will always be visible on the other side of the bunny ear or towel or blanket etc. 

With the bunny ears, the way that the ear naturally flops is where we will do the embroidery - this is usually the outside of the ear.  (if we stitch on the inside of the ear when the ear naturally flops down, all you will see is the reverse side of the stitching, which won't look any good).

This really isn't something that is noticeable, and rest assured, it certainly isn't something that bothers babies and kids at all!
