Processing time - when can I expect to receive my order?

Processing time is 2-3 business days plus shipping time using Aus Post express. Please allow for additional processing time for personalised gifts in peak periods such as Easter and Christmas. 

Please ensure al details you have entered are correct, including capital letters - item will be stitched exactly as you have entered it.

For all non-personalised items, your order will be shipped the next business day. 

Delivery is with Australia Post using express shipping  Delivery times can vary but you should expect to receive your parcel within 1-3 working days once it is on the way with Aus Post.

What will you use my mobile number for?

Your privacy is important to us!  We will only ever use your mobile number to send you any order communications.  Once you have our number please feel free to communicate with us via text at any time in the future, we are always available to answer any questions you may have!  Other than that, your phone number will never be used for any marketing purposes or given to anyone outside of Bunny & Co.

Care Instructions

For any items that have been personalised with embroidery, hand wash or use a cold gentle cycle for the best result. Do not tumble dry or iron over the embroidery- this can cause puckering. Iron around embellishments using no steam. Do not dry clean.

 

My item is a gift - do you gift wrap?

Yes, we do! Every package that we ship out is either packaged in a Bunny & Co Dust Bag or you have the option to add a gift box on the cart page.  If your item is already a gift hamper there is no need to add any additional gift boxes to your order. We will do a gift message for you too if it is being shipped directly to the recipient - make sure you remember to add your gift message on the product page and remember to say who it is from!

Photos of the completed products may be used on our Etsy, Instagram, Facebook and website pages.
