Processing time - when can I expect to receive my order?

For all personalised items, if you have requested it, a draft design will be sent to you via email or text within 1-2 working days of receipt of your order. If you have not received anything from us after 2 working days please contact us. Please ensure you have checked your spam/junk mail folders.

We have the option of using your mobile number for draft design approval as we have found this is the quickest way.  The quicker you respond, the quicker the gift is made and shipped out!

Once you have received your draft design, changes and updates can be made with regards to font style and colours etc. We are happy to keep making changes until we have got it 'just right'. Once we have received confirmation that you are happy with the design and all details are correct, we will get to work! (Please always check the dates and spelling etc carefully as no refunds or exchanges can be made if the error is not our own).

If you have not requested to see the design proof, we will get to work on your gift straight away.

Completed products will be packaged and shipped between 2-4 working days following receipt of your final design proof approval, or if not requested, 2-4 working days following receipt of your order.

For all non-personalised items, your order will be shipped the next business day. 

Delivery is with Australia Post.  Delivery times can vary but you should expect to receive your parcel within 5-10 working days.

**Australia Post is experiencing significant delays due to COVID so please allow a few extra days. 

What will you use my mobile number for if I give it to you for draft designs?

Your privacy is important to us!  We will only ever use your mobile number to send you the draft designs communications and send photos of the completed order if it is going directly to the recipient.  Once you have our number please feel free to communicate with us via text at any time in the future, we are always available to answer any questions you may have!  Other than that, your phone number will never be used for any marketing purposes or given to anyone outside of Bunny & Co.  

I’m unsure which thread colours or font types I want, can you help me?!

You got it!  If you are unsure or would like to see some options of thread colours against the bunny or blanket you have chosen just write this info in the Additional Notes box when you are ordering and we can send across photos of different options and we are always happy to give advice on which colours we think are best with each gift.  Same goes for font types, if you would like to see a few different options just select one font type and in the Additional Notes box enter the other font types you would also like to see and we will send them through for you to choose 😊

Care Instructions

For any items that have been personalised with embroidery, hand wash or use a cold gentle cycle for the best result. Do not tumble dry or iron over the embroidery- this can cause puckering. Iron around embellishments using no steam. Do not dry clean.


My item is a gift - do you gift wrap?

Yes, we do! Every package that we ship out is either packaged in a white gift container with clear lid (gift hampers etc), or one of our cotton calico bags as pictured on each listing.  If you would rather it be gift wrapped in grey tissue paper and an organza ribbon then we can do that for you too, just leave a note in the gift message box at checkout with any requests and we will do a gift message for you too if it is being shipped directly to the recipient - make sure you remember to add your gift message on the cart page!


How about gift messages if it is going direct to the recipient?

Of course! Don’t forget to add your gift message in the box at Checkout so they know who the gift is from! We can also send you a photo of the completed product if it isn't coming straight to you so you can see what it looks like, just ask us if you would like us to do that 😊

What is the stitching I can see faintly behind the name?

Its called ‘knockdown’ stitching and it is used in embroidery when working with super fluffy fabric, like the bunny ears.  When we first started out doing the bunnies we didn’t use the knockdown stitching, we just tidied up around the name, which is still effective, however its impossible to hold all of the fluff back doing it that way after they are washed a few times, and for someone who like things to be ‘just-so’, it would make my eyes twitch if it wasn’t perfect.  So the knockdown stitching holds all of the fluff at bay so even after years of washing you will still be able to see the name on the ear much more perfectly than if it is done otherwise.  If you would rather to it the old way without the knockdown stitching, we can absolutely do that for you, just leave a note in the orders section.

Photos of the completed products may be used on our Etsy, Instagram, Facebook and website pages.

If you would prefer for the images of your gift not to be used, please indicate on the order page. Similarly, we LOVE seeing pictures of our gifts once they have reached their forever home, so please remember to tag us in social media and brighten our day :)
