PERTH METRO DELIVERY

Perth Metro Deliveries are an in house courier service that provides courier delivery with standard processing times (3 business days) and also priority same-day delivery service (weekdays only) to the Perth metro area, within a 12km radius of the Studio in Osborne Park.  Same day service is available for selected SAME-DAY gift hampers only (has the words SAME-DAY in the heading).

If the option for Courier Delivery doesn't appear as one of the options for you at checkout then it is not within the delivery zone. A 3-5 day order processing times apply and order will be shipped with Australia Post.

SAME-DAY PERTH METRO DELIVERY

Place your order by 10am for one of our select SAME-DAY gift hampers (available from the Same-Day Delivery section on the website) and your gift will be dispatched THAT DAY. Orders are delivered by our in-house courier. No guarantees can be made on delivery times.  Delivery will be made by 6pm.  Orders placed after 10am will be delivered the next business day (Mon-Fri)

Orders placed after 10am on Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on the Monday. Please note, we do not currently deliver on Saturdays and Sundays or Public Holidays.

HOSPITAL DELIVERY

Please also note that once the gift has been delivered to the hospital reception, Bunny & Co. has no control over the internal processes at the hospital which governs how long the gift takes to reach your recipient so it may take a little while for it to make its way to their room.  Please ensure the recipient will be in hospital for the entire day of the expected delivery.  Re-delivery fees will apply if the patient has checked out when we make the delivery. Re-delivery can be made to their home address if it is in our delivery zone - if it is outside the zone you will need to arrange for collection from the Osborne Park studio or it can be shipped with Australia Post (fees apply).

Priority Express Orders

Priority Express orders are next-business-day processing and shipping service using Australia Post Express Shipping. 

Express Shipping

All packages are sent via Express Post with Australia Post with tracking so you receive your gifts quickly ♥. The tracking number for your package will be provided to you via email. 

Please note, express shipping does note mean rush order - the usual 3-5 day order processing time applies prior to express shipping - which is about 2 days shipping time to most areas.

Order Processing Times

SAME-DAY gift hampers- same or next day depending on time of day ordered (before 10am)

Perth Metro courier delivery (not 'same-day' gifts/gift hampers) - 3 business days

All other orders: allow 3-5 days following receipt of order for collection or the item to be shipped.

Shipping Costs

Express Shipping: $13.99 (Australia only)

Priority Express Shipping: $34.99 - this includes priority order processing and Express Shipping with Australia Post (Australia only) - item is dispatched the NEXT business day and is shipped with Australia Post express shipping

Perth Metro Courier Delivery within the 12kmm radius is $13.99.  This includes about a 3 day order production time plus courier delivery Mon - Fri. (No deliveries on Sat, Sun or Public Holidays)

Perth Metro 'Same-Day' gifts Delivery is $13.99 for gifts selected from the SAME-DAY hamper range only.

The re-delivery fee for Perth Metro and Hospital deliveries is $13.99 - please ensure the recipient will still be at the hospital for the full day that the gift is being delivered.

Pickup: Free collection available from Osborne Park. 

Overseas Shipping

Overseas airmail includes tracking. Once posted they can take 2-3 weeks to arrive, depending on location.  (Express Shipping can also still take 1-2 weeks)

• We are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates for gifts sent with Australia Post.
• Incorrectly Addressed items returned to Bunny & Co. by Australia Post will incur a re-delivery fee to the correct address.
