RETURN POLICY
Personalisation Errors
For any personalisation errors that are the fault of Bunny & Co. we will either replace or offer a full refund if replacement is not an option.
Please ensure all spelling and dates etc are correct. If the customer is at fault due to spelling errors, not checking proofs properly or selecting the wrong colour or font etc then we will offer to fix at your cost. Refunds or returns will not be accepted in this instance.
Faulty Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase so if the products are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, we are so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the item for a speedy resolution. Please note we do not offer replacements for natural wear and tear of a product.
Change of Mind Returns
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the item to discuss change of mind returns for a speedy resolution. Returns are not accepted for change of mind purchases on personalised items and custom orders.
Photo proof will be required for all refunds, errors and damaged goods with 48 hrs of receiving item.
Items must be in original sale condition (unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached). No refunds or returns will be provided for wear and tear of a product.
You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return.
The returns shipping costs are to be paid by the customer for change of mind returns (non personalised items only). For returns on faulty items, the shipping will be paid by Bunny & Co.

THE DETAILS:
PERTH METRO DELIVERY
Perth Metro Deliveries are an in-house courier service that provides courier delivery with standard processing times (3 days) within a 12km radius of the Studio in Osborne Park.
If the option for Courier Delivery doesn't appear as one of the options for you at checkout then it is not within the delivery zone and you will need to select Australia Post shipping or in-store pick up.
SAME-DAY PERTH METRO DELIVERY
Place your order by 10am for one of our Same-Day gift hampers and your gift will be delivered THAT DAY. Orders are delivered by our in-house courier. No guarantees can be made on delivery times. Delivery will be made between 11.30 - 6pm.
Orders placed AFTER 10am will be delivered the next delivery day (Mon-Fri)
Please note, no deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed after 10am on Friday, and on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on the Monday.
The same-day delivery service only applies to the gift hampers with SAME-DAY in the title. All other gift hampers and deliveries have a 3 day order production time from the date of order placement.
If delivering to a Hospital, please ensure the recipient will still be there for the entire day of the expected delivery. The gift will be delivered between 11.30am - 6pm. Re-delivery fees will apply if required to deliver to a new address after delivery is made.
Please also note that once the gift has been delivered to the hospital or workplace reception, Bunny & Co. has no control over how long the gift takes to reach your recipient, so it may take a little while for it to make its way to them.

Reverse Side
As when any item is stitched or embroidered, the needle must always go through to the other side. Therefore, the reverse side of the stitching will always be visible on the other side of the bunny ear or towel or blanket etc.
With the bunny ears, the way that the ear naturally flops is where we will do the embroidery - this is usually the outside of the ear. (if we stitch on the inside of the ear when the ear naturally flops down, all you will see is the reverse side of the stitching, which won't look any good).
This really isn't something that is noticeable, and rest assured, it certainly isn't something that bothers babies and kids at all!

Backstitching
We offer 'backstitching' around the name on the larger more fluffy type fur bunny ears. (Such as the large Korimco and OB Designs bunnies). The bunnies that we consider not to require the backstitching (eg. Jamie Kay Snuggle Bunnies) as the fur isn't quite as long, we don't offer it as it looks cleaner without on those bunnies. We match as closely in thread colour as the bunny fur. The purpose of this is to hold all of the fluff at bay so the name doesn't get covered over by the fur over time. If you would rather not have the backstitching you 'may need to tidy up around the name with scissors occasionally if you want the name to be clearly visible.

We always say if you are unsure, then select NO backstitching and then just trim around the edges. Again, when purchasing for the littles, these are not things that they notice.
