Deliveries are currently Mon - Fri only for perth metro courier delivery.
Perth Metro Deliveries are an in house courier service that provides courier delivery with standard processing times and also priority same-day delivery service (weekdays only) to the Perth metro area. Same day service is available for orders that have selected the PRIORITY/SKIP THE QUEUE option on the cart page.
If the option for Courier Delivery doesn't appear as one of the options for you at checkout then it is not within the delivery zone - there is Aus Post shipping or instore collection options for you.
HOSPITAL DELIVERY
Please also note that once the gift has been delivered to the hospital reception, Bunny & Co. has no control over the internal processes at the hospital which governs how long the gift takes to reach your recipient so it may take a little while for it to make its way to their room. Please ensure the recipient will be in hospital for the entire day of the expected delivery. Re-delivery fees will apply if the patient has checked out when we make the delivery. Re-delivery can be made to their home address if it is in our delivery zone - if it is outside the zone you will need to arrange for collection from the Osborne Park studio or it can be shipped with Australia Post (fees apply).
Shipping Costs
Flat rate Express Shipping: $11.99 (Australia only)
Perth Metro Courier Delivery $16.99. This includes about a 2 day order production time plus courier delivery Mon - Fri. (No deliveries on Sat, Sun or Public Holidays)
The re-delivery fee for Perth Metro and Hospital deliveries is $16.99 - please ensure the recipient will still be at the hospital for the full day that the gift is being delivered.
Pickup: Free collection available from Osborne Park.
Overseas Shipping
We are currently only shipping to NZ. We ship with Australia Post and shipping rates start from $12.99 AUD. Overseas airmail includes tracking. Once posted they can take about 10 days to arrive
- We are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates for gifts sent with Australia Post.
- Incorrectly Addressed items returned to Bunny & Co. by Australia Post will incur a re-delivery fee to the correct address.

Reverse Side
As when any item is stitched or embroidered, the needle must always go through to the other side. Therefore, the reverse side of the stitching will always be visible on the other side of the bunny ear or towel or blanket etc.
With the bunny ears, the way that the ear naturally flops is where we will do the embroidery - this is usually the outside of the ear. (if we stitch on the inside of the ear when the ear naturally flops down, all you will see is the reverse side of the stitching, which won't look any good).
This really isn't something that is noticeable, and rest assured, it certainly isn't something that bothers babies and kids at all!

This option is for bunnies that are suitable to add all of the birth details. If the option is available you will see - Both Ears, including Birth Details as an embroidery option that you can select.
- Date of birth (seperated by a /, -, or .),
- Time of birth,
- Length in cm
- Weight in gms, kgs or lbs
If you are buying this for a gift use the measurements including the metrics that the mother has provided you.
If you do not know the length or weight and you are happy to not include it then just leave those boxes empty.
The preview image on the website is to give you an idea of placement only. Once the order has come through the design team inputs the information exactly as you have entered it and we create the design, ensuring everything is neat and the same size. The birth details will be separated by small hearts or stars as indicated by you when ordering.

Quality of the stitching was good but customer service was a let down, they sent my draft to the wrong number, tried to contact them over and over but received a email a week later then had to wait another week for the bunny to come, no compensation for delay.

Sorry to hear we didn't meet your expectations! We contacted the phone number you provided twice with the design proof and received no reply. We then emailed you the design proof. Only then did we establish you had provided an incorrect phone number initially. We were then able to confirm the design and stitch it out and ship it off that very same day. We are definitely sorry that you were disappointed in the customer service however we only are able to work with what is provided and unfortunately in this instance it was an incorrect phone number. We sincerely hope that the recipient loved their gift ♥
