PERTH METRO DELIVERY

Perth Metro Deliveries are an in house courier service that provides courier delivery with standard processing times (3 business days) and also priority same-day delivery service (weekdays only) to the Perth metro area, within a 12km radius of the Studio in Osborne Park.  Same day service is available for selected SAME-DAY gift hampers only (has the words SAME-DAY in the heading).

If the option for Courier Delivery doesn't appear as one of the options for you at checkout then it is not within the delivery zone. A 3-4 day order processing times apply and order will be shipped with Australia Post.

SAME-DAY Gift Hampers

Place your order by 11am for one of our select SAME-DAY gift hampers (available from the Same-Day Delivery section on the website) and your gift will be dispatched THAT DAY. Orders that are not located within available suburbs are shipped with Express Shipping with Australia Post. Please allow 2-3 business days shipping time following order dispatch.

Orders placed after 11am on Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday. Please note, Australia Post does not operate on Saturdays and Sundays or Public Holidays.

SAME-DAY Hampers - PERTH METRO DELIVERY

Place your order by 11am for one of our select SAME-DAY gift hampers (available from the Same-Day Delivery section on the website) and your gift will be dispatched THAT DAY. Orders are delivered by our in-house courier. No guarantees can be made on delivery times.  Delivery will be made by 6pm (Perth Metro delivery).  Orders placed after 11am will be delivered the next business day (Mon-Fri)

Orders placed after 11am on Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on the Monday. Please note, we do not currently deliver on Saturdays and Sundays or Public Holidays.

HOSPITAL DELIVERY

Please also note that once the gift has been delivered to the hospital reception, Bunny & Co. has no control over the internal processes at the hospital which governs how long the gift takes to reach your recipient so it may take a little while for it to make its way to their room.  Please ensure the recipient will be in hospital for the entire day of the expected delivery.  Re-delivery fees will apply if the patient has checked out when we make the delivery. Re-delivery can be made to their home address if it is in our delivery zone - if it is outside the zone you will need to arrange for collection from the Osborne Park studio or it can be shipped with Australia Post (fees apply).

Shipping Costs

Flat rate Express Shipping: $13.99 (Australia only)

Perth Metro Courier Delivery within the 12km radius is $13.99.  This includes about a 3 day order production time plus courier delivery Mon - Fri. (No deliveries on Sat, Sun or Public Holidays)

Perth Metro 'Same-Day' gifts Delivery is $13.99 for gifts selected from the SAME-DAY hamper range only.

The re-delivery fee for Perth Metro and Hospital deliveries is $13.99 - please ensure the recipient will still be at the hospital for the full day that the gift is being delivered.

Pickup: Free collection available from Osborne Park. 

Overseas Shipping

We are currently only shipping to NZ.  We ship with Australia Post and shipping rates start from $12.99 AUD.  Overseas airmail includes tracking. Once posted they can take about 10 days to arrive

• We are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates for gifts sent with Australia Post.
• Incorrectly Addressed items returned to Bunny & Co. by Australia Post will incur a re-delivery fee to the correct address.
