I’ve bought a few jellycats for people having babies and they’ve always been a hit. Customer service is great and delivery time is reasonable considering i live on the east cost and they’re on the west.

Pros: Communication was wonderful. Lovely colors and blanket looks nice. Cons: I did ask for it to be gift wrapped, but wasn't and the billing information was on and in the parcel when it was suppose to be a gift, so my friend could see all the billing information.

This is the perfect gift for my one year old daughter for Easter. I didn’t receive the draft email and emailed customer service to follow up. Michelle was fantastic! I received a reply straight away and Michelle worked out why I hadn’t revived the email and had it rectified straight away. One I approved my bunny arrived very quickly and was even better than I was expecting. It was packaged beautifully and comes with a storage bag the bunny itself has such beautiful colors and is super soft. I can’t wait to give it to my daughter.
