PERTH METRO DELIVERY

Perth Metro Deliveries are an in house courier service that provides courier delivery with standard processing times and also priority next-business-day delivery service (weekdays only) to the Perth metro area, within a 19km radius of the Studio in Osborne Park. 

If the option for Courier Delivery doesn't appear as one of the options for you at checkout then it is not within the delivery zone.

PRIORITY NEXT-DAY PERTH METRO DELIVERY

Place your order by 6pm and your gift will be dispatched on the NEXT BUSINESS DAY. Orders are delivered by our in-house courier. No guarantees can be made on delivery times.  Delivery will be made by 6pm the next business day. 

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on the Monday. Please note, we do not currently deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.

3 day order processing times apply and order will be couriered out the day that the order has been completed.

NEXT-DAY HOSPITAL DELIVERY

We deliver 6 days a week to the below hospitals 

• St John Of God Hospital (SJOGH), Subiaco
• King Edward Memorial Hospital, Subiaco
• Perth Children's Hospital (PCH), Nedlands

Deliveries are Mon- Sat from 11am-6pm.  Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday, will be delivered on Monday. No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

Order must be placed no later than midnight AWST for delivery the next day (Mon-Sat). Order will be delivered between 11am - 6pm.  The gift may take sometimes a few hours to make its way up to the ward - please ensure the recipient will still be in hospital for the full day of the gift delivery. Re-delivery fees will apply if we need to re-deliver out to their home address.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Monday between 11am - 6pm (if the Monday is a Public Holiday - the gift will be delivered on the Tuesday - please ensure they will still be in hospital - re-delivery fees apply if we need to redeliver out to their home address.

Please also note that once the gift has been delivered to the hospital reception, Bunny & Co. has no control over the internal processes at the hospital which governs how long the gift takes to reach your recipient so it may take a little while for it to make its way to their room

Priority Express Orders

Priority Express orders are next-business-day processing and shipping service using Australia Post Express Shipping. 

Standard & Express Shipping

All Standard Shipping & Express Post packages are sent via Australia Post with tracking. The tracking number for your package will be provided to you via email.

Order Processing Times

Perth Metro Priority Delivery, Next-Day Hospital Delivery & Priority Express orders will be sent out the next business day following receipt of order (orders received by 6pm the day before) 

All other orders: allow 3-5 business days following receipt of order.

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9.99 in Australia, from $12.99(AUD) in NZ and in all other countries, shipping starts at $28.

Express Shipping: $13.99 (Australia only)

Priority Express Shipping: $33.99 - this includes priority order processing and Express Shipping with Australia Post (Australia only)

Perth Metro Courier Delivery within the 19kmm radius is $15.99.  This includes about a 3 day order production time plus courier delivery Mon - Fri. (No deliveries on Sat, Sun or Public Holidays)

Perth Metro Next-Day Delivery is $35.99, and this This includes priority order processing (1 business day) and in-house courier delivery.

NEXT-DAY HOSPITAL DELIVERY for the above 3 hospitals is $20 and includes the Priority 1 business day production time plus free hospital delivery.

The re-delivery fee for Perth Metro and Hospital deliveries is $13.99 - please ensure the recipient will still be at the hospital for the full day that the gift is being delivered.

Priority Pick up from Osborne Park Studio is $20 and includes priority 1 business day production time - please see the studio open hours to ensure that the pickup days and times are suitable to you.

Pickup: Free collection available from Osborne Park. Priority Pickup is also available for $20 - 1 business day production time.

Free shipping is available on all orders over $130(AUD) in Australia only. All other Countries, the normal shipping rates apply and is calculated depending on the item weight at checkout.

Overseas Shipping

Overseas airmail includes tracking. Once posted they can take 2-3 weeks to arrive, depending on location.  (Express Shipping can also still take 1-2 weeks)

• We are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates for gifts sent with Australia Post.
• Incorrectly Addressed items returned to Bunny & Co. by Australia Post will incur a re-delivery fee to the correct address.
