FAQ's

Q: Will you be getting any blossom/floral ear Jellycats in?

A: NO. Unfortunately the blossom ear bunnies are not expected back in store for the remainder of 2025 :(

Q: Can I still buy Jellycat from you after 30th June?

A: YES! We will still be stocking the Jellycat's that you know and love - and remember we have our bunny jumpers that do fit the Jellycat bunnies so you can still add a jumper to your order to make it a special, custom gift from the 1st July onwards :)

Q: Why did Jellycat decide this?

A: We can only speak to the information that we have received which is they believe it can affect the product's integrity and pose potential safety risks.

Q: Can we still bring in a Jellycat bunny we have purchased from somewhere else from 1st July to be personalised?

A: No, as a Jellycat retailer we take their Policies seriously and we will not be personalising any Jellycat products from 1st July 2025 onwards, whether purchased here or not.

Q: I live in Perth and I have a Jellycat at home - can I bring it in to be personalised?

A: YES! Absolutely. Drop it in to the Studio in Osborne Park BEFORE Friday 27th June 2025 and we can certainly do that for you (make sure you give it a wash before you bring it in so it is shiny and new when you give them their named bunny!)

Q: If I purchase a Jellycat online before the 30th but don't know the name yet, can I get you to hold the order and do it when baby is born?

A: NO. Sorry. The last day we will be stitching Jellycats in the studio is Monday 30th June. If we have not received the name by then we will need to send you a blank bunny or cancel the order x

Q: What is the cut off date to get a Jellycat personalised?

A: Orders need to be placed no later than Friday 27th June 2025 so we have time to stitch all of the orders by COB Monday 30th June 2025.

Q: Will you still be personalising bunnies?

A: ABSOLUTELY! We are still personalising the STUNNING Jamie Kay Snuggle Bunnies (we received the new styles yesterday and OMG - more on that to come!!) as well as Korimco, Alimrose, OB Designs and we are always on the lookout for more!! ♥

Q: What colour bunnies will you be getting in before the cutoff date?

A: We are not expecting any more stock in before the cut-off - information current as at 8th June 2025.
